My Blessing
How would you like me to bless your life? What do you want me to do for you? What will you come to ask of me in prayer? What is the cry of your heart that you must have from me? What do you want my blessing over your life to look like? I want to know you. I want to love you. I want to serve you. I want to bear an abundance of fruit for your kingdom and bring glory to your name. I want to be found faithful in your sight. I want nothing else. I need nothing else. I desire nothing else. This is what I want and must have from you. This is the cry and prayer of my heart. This is what your blessing would look like in my life. This is how I am asking you to bless me.
Do you want to tell me more about your prayer? Yes, I do. I don’t want to know about you. I want to know you. I don’t want to know you a little. I want to know you intimately. I want you to know me. I want to walk through life with you. I want to live in a constant dialogue of prayer with you. I want my heart and mind and life to be on fire for you. I don’t want to have a little flame of fire and desire for you. I want to be set on fire in a consuming blaze. I want to shine brightly like a star in the universe for you. I want to hunger and thirst for you. I want to yearn for you. I want to love you with all my heart and mind and soul and strength. I want to serve you. My life is completely at your disposal. Use me however you see fit. I will go where you guide me. I will do whatever you ask of me. I’m asking that your blessing will be on me. I’m asking that you will use me. I want my life do have made a difference because your hand has been on me. I want you to accomplish your purposes and plans in and through my life. I want to do everything that you have designed and planned for me to do for you. When I meet you in heaven I want to know that I will have been found faithful in your sight. Only you can make me faithful. Only you can bear fruit through my life. Only you can help me to bring glory to your name. Here I am. I am all yours. I ask that your blessing will be on my life by answering this prayer of mine. I have heard and I will answer this prayer of yours. My blessing will be on your life.
Father, I ask that you will bless my life. Place your hand of blessing on me. I want my life to be abundantly fruitful for you and your glory. Guide my steps. Keep me on track. Use me however you see fit. Watch over and protect me. Amen
